Mia has blogged about the Arctic for seven years, first with the Foreign Policy Association and now with the independently-run Cryopolitics. She will discuss how to get started with blogging, tips for effective blogging and outreach, and other ways to write for online audiences.

with Jeff Richardson, Public Information Officer at UAF
Jeff has experience working in local media and as the public information officer for the University of Alaska Fairbanks. His webinar will give some tips about finding the story in your research, and other strategies to consider when writing for the media and general audiences.
